We are excited to announce our brand new collaborative two part workshop!
Part one ~ create your own unique pot out of clay using hand building techniques and adding layering of organic texture. This pot will be the base of your basket.
Part two ~ return to your finished and fired pot and learn how to transform it by adding a few rows of pine needle basket coiling.
This workshop is led by potter Melanie Hunt and basket maker Jenna Carter. It is suitable for beginners and has many opportunities for creative play.
All supplies are included but you may wish to bring along a few personal items to use to add texture to your pot. Refreshments are provided.
