To our community,

We want to be upfront about something that happened in the store today. During an event, a disagreement between two players escalated into a physical altercation. Staff attempted to de-escalate before it reached that point, and when it did, law enforcement was called.

The individual responsible has been permanently banned from the store and from all future events.

Your safety is our top priority. We follow both our in-store policies and the conduct policies set by game publishers so that every player feels safe and comfortable here. Violence is not condoned and has no place at our store.
