Here at The Spellbound Gipsy we are determined to create quality hand made products for an affordable price. These products vary from jewelry to bath products, as well as home décor, Halloween costume pieces, and lots of cool things I haven't mentioned. Every item we create is done so with love and kindness in mind, and is personally inspected before it leaves our hands. Please note that while we
do inspect all items, mistakes do happen, we are all human after all!
*Custom orders~ YES PLEASE!! I love working with customers to come up with the perfect item for them! Please note that custom orders require 50% non-refundable deposit upon ordering. the remaining 50% is payable upon pickup or prior to shipping.
*Shipping~ While I am happy to ship items, the price of shipping 100% depends on the post office. I only ship through Canada post.
*Returns\Exchanges~ I do offer exchanges on defective items, upon inspection of said item. Once the item has been inspected by myself or a member of my team, we will move forward. Exchanges can be for any item of equal value. I do not offer returns due to the nature of the items.
*Replacement items~ I am willing to replace an item if it is damaged at time of purchase, again based on inspection. (if you break the item, I am not responsible for replacing said item) If the item has to be shipped to me, I will inspect it, then decide if it qualifies for a replacement. Replacements must be the same item. ~*I am not responsible for any shipping costs.*~
