Things were getting a little overwhelming today, so we took the dogs for a walk and headed out for some sunshine before nap time.
Fresh air, a happy toddler in the Mountain Buggy, and my favourite floral headband keeping my hair out of my face (and humidity frizz at bay) while we logged a few kilometres.
It’s amazing what a simple walk can do for your mindset. ☀️💕
