We officially hit our limit with rubber-band week 😂
At one point the bands were around our necks, neither of us wanted to look up another exercise, and by the time we got to dead bugs we basically just said, “Yeah… this looks close enough.” 💀
But we finished the week.
Next week the weights are back and we’re getting weird with it.
MISFITS WEEK incoming.
Old-school methods, MMA-inspired drills, unconventional training and whatever else we can come up with to make ourselves regret showing up. 😂
