Hi everyone,

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience over the past few weeks. We recently discovered that our phone system at Rock My House Music Centre was not working for nearly three weeks, and unfortunately, we had no idea.

Due to an unexpected mix-up with Bell, our business number was accidentally switched to a second phone number that we didn’t even know existed. As a result, our main business line wasn’t ringing, and no voicemail messages were reaching us.

It did seem unusually quiet, which prompted us to investigate. Once we discovered the problem, we found that many calls and messages had been missed. We’re especially sorry to anyone who was trying to reach us about summer lesson time slots or for any other reason.

The issue has now been resolved, and our business phone is working again on our regular number: 258-56-56. If you tried to contact us during the past few weeks and didn’t hear back, please give us another call or send us an email. Email has been working normally throughout.

Thank you for your understanding, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
