I can’t believe it is back to school shopping time… where did the summer go? At F&F we have some things to help you go back to school in style! It’s very easy to drive right by us on busy Rideau St. and we have heard that the parking has caused people to keep trucking. So let’s clear that up! I apologize in advance for my poor canva skills but here we go: #1 in front of the building, angled parking for small to mid-sized vehicles; #2 park along the property line marked by the decrepit (🫣) fence; #3 park in front of the grass by the spa; and #4 tuck yourself in behind the building. For where not to park: please don’t park beside the stairs to the porch or the stairs to upstairs. We have added new signage (thank you Classic Graphics) which will help direct you. New vendor alert! In August we added 3 new makers for you to explore. First up is Rose and Oak Creations bringing you fun glass cups and 40oz water bottles. Next we have a new artist, Melissa Kingscott, painting beautiful animals and insects that will bring you joy! Last but NOT least, we have our youngest vendor ever! Forrest from Forrest Fotography has brought in cyanotype tops and bags, as well as prints of their photography. Forrest is the recipient of the Summer Company Municipal Grant which supports young entrepreneurs 🎉Come explore what is new!

A little appreciation post! Happy Anniversary to my hubby! We celebrated with a little photoshoot with my girl Amanda from Amanda - Ottawa & Destination Elopement Photographer, at a place you all know well Lavender Mills Farm | Lavender & Specialty Pumpkins. Story Time! When the space at 413 Rideau St came available, Andrew looked at me and said “Now is your chance to open you business” and that was the comment that started Found & Foraged Co. In November 2025, we took the keys over from the Evape Shop and started renovating. We painted, built shelving units, built the harvest table, and put up the racks in the vintage room. At the same time, I was going to night markets meeting vendors and finding what I know now are the OGs of small businesses in our area! Over a month, Found & Foraged came together and opened on December 4th, 2025. What a wild ride and all the while, Andrew has been my sounding board. I hope you all find your Andrew! Today we have upcycled overalls crafted by Good Looking Glam overtop of a Western Tee by Hometown Daisy Designs. Finishing the look with a thrifted pair of Keds kicks and a sweet horse tote from Boot’s Vintage A nice mix of thrift and handcrafted pieces!
