The pattern has been written for 4 different weights. Don't worry about the fancy stitch; as usual, Karysha has included detailed instructions and videos.

I knit this one using Dream in Color Yarn, Savvy. It's so soft and squishy.

We seem to be caught in between two weather systems so we are getting snow (yet again), the wind is fierce and it's supposed to be bitterly cold tonight ( -30°C).

That market I mentioned is 3 hours away so it's an early wake up call. We need to be out of the house by 5am. What was I thinking.

It may still be February but it's time to get ready for warmer days.

This beauty is The Gaulus Hat designed by Karysha .ewe.

Tammy helped pick out the colours for this one and I couldn't be happier. Did you know that Malabrigo has a 100% pima cotton yarn called Verano and it just happens to be perfect for this pattern. The Millinery wire knit in to the brim makes it adjustable. I should also mention that the pattern can be knit in several sizes from baby to adult.

I have some late season markets and these will definatley be part of the line up.
