An interesting fact about freeze drying blueberries is that every single berry needs to be cut/poked so the skin is open and allows the water inside to escape while drying! This makes the process very time consuming 😅 but they're so worth it, lately we've seen them used in cookies, muffins, and even blueberry sourdough bread!
