One of the biggest mistakes people make after a celiac diagnosis is assuming that if something looks gluten-free, it must be safe.

Unfortunately, grocery shopping isn't quite that simple. 😅

I finally got to try the gluten-free option of the Smokehouse Platter at Crafters Smokehouse, and it did NOT disappoint! 🤤

Smoky, saucy, comfort-food goodness — and I didn’t have to worry about missing out because there’s a gluten-free option! 🙌

Our Dollars Don't Stretch As Far
While everyone is feeling the pinch at the grocery store right now, people with Celiac Disease have been dealing with the higher expense of groceries for a long time.

Research from 2024 showed that gluten free groceries can cost up to 139% more than their wheat based counterparts.
