We’re teaming up with Libro.fm Audiobooks & Silent Book Club to protest book censorship—come to the shop anytime tomorrow to write a letter, learn about book censorship, and get a free audiobook copy of either Banned Together or How to Defend Books and Why 🎧

Nova Scotia “silently” bans all recently published books from entering the school system by subjecting all new titles to be individually approved as Authorized Learning Resources.

The problem? These books never enter the classroom. They sit in limbo waiting to be approved, while books with outdated information remain in circulation. Join us tomorrow to write your MLA and tell them to free our books! 📣
