Hello hello Beef Only family!

First off, we want to thank you guys for giving us a successful first week (thank you mainly for your patience as we navigate through this new endeavour😅). We had the opportunity to meet a few of you on our deliveries, and can’t wait to meet more in the weeks to come.

Secondly, BRR!! I think it’s safe to say that’s an official wrap on BBQ season? Sad. It’ll be missed. BUT colder weather approaching also means that cozy comfort food comes with it.. who doesn’t love comfort food?? Time for roast season!! 🔥🔥 we set the roast minimum order to 5lb and dropped the prices for a limited time⏳ we do still have some steaks and our tester box on sale for those that are still interested🥩.

And just a reminder, order deadline is Sunday night for next week’s deliveries🚚

Hey hey, happy Thursday.
Huge news.

But before we get to that, just a heads up, deadlines are now the 1st and the 15th of every month. This week is extended to Sunday, and here's why.

So, by now, if you've ordered you'll know I've had nothing but issues with logistics - one guy doing 5 different roles yada yada yada. 😀. Really, logistics has been an ongoing thorn in my side. But, as of this Monday we have retained permanent partners who come with a refrigeration van and lots of extra hands. The goal is to create better service for you all.

Andrea and Mark are a dynamic duo whose families already have a small business, so they get it. They are smart and true definitions of entrepreneurs. Most importantly, they're good people. What was most important to me was making sure whoever was coming on board would fit with you. You are all awesome and have been so patient and good to me I couldn't just have anyone come on board, they had to fit a particular energy; positive, energetic, willing to learn the business and learn about who you are and what you like. It was a long process, but they're here, and I am so relieved.

So, to get Andrea's and Mark's feet wet we have extended the deadline and have some specials for you to check out.

Beef Only is Closed as you know it.
In the beginning Beef Only started by fluke and evolved by customer demand and quickly became a great income through the pandemic. It was crazy how fast it grew. In short, Beef Only quickly became the answer to me losing my marketing business through the pandemic. I have been in marketing since 1999 and frankly, I'm kind of good at it. lol.

If you've been with me for a while, you'll know of the ups and downs and problems we have faced. This put a great deal of pressure on me. I have tried everything to alleviate the pressure to no avail. In result I have consistently let you down. Having taken a good hard look at Beef Only over the past few weeks it is best to restructure Beef Only so it it can still work for some of you and us. In short, once a month ordering on the 15th, wholesale pricing, limited products, 10lb box increment, delivery only, minimum $525 order (large families/group orders). These changes allow for a few things, but mostly, NO LET DOWNS. This all said, this is now a side hustle, a part time gig sort of speak. I mean, the meat is great, just can't give it up, right?! lol :-)

Moving Forward
I have a huge passion for helping small businesses and assisting them in navigating through the convoluted world of marketing, so I'll be returning to marketing fulltime effective immediately and working Beef Only on the side.

We appreciate all of you for helping Jul and I get through the pandemic, and we are still feel very grateful for you. Thank you so much.
