I have been learning and creating stained glass for 18 years. While I was attending college I needed a creative outlet and stained glass was a perfect fit. I have always loved historic buildings and churches, the beauty of the leaded stained glass windows made my heart skip a beat every time. I am fortunate to have my own century home and I get to appreciate the original stained glass windows buil

t in the early 1900s'. Over the years I have created some great pieces for family and friends and only recently I have had the time to work on custom commissioned pieces. While stained glass is expensive and time consuming I feel like it is a part of me and I will keep the trade alive by passing my knowledge and skills down to my children.

I thought it would be a good idea to post some pictures about the stained glass process. Over the years I've come to realisation that most folks don't understand the process of creating stained glass and the amount of work and detail that is required to make a piece from start to finish.
