Now Hiring: Parts Person – Farm Supply Business
Full-Time | Permanent Position
We are currently seeking a reliable and knowledgeable Parts Person to join our farm supply team. This is a full-time, permanent position with a benefit package available.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service in person and over the phone
Assist customers with identifying and sourcing parts for agricultural equipment
Look up parts accurately using parts manuals and computer systems
Place and track parts orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment
Maintain organized and accurate inventory and ordering records
Use QuickBooks for parts-related transactions and record keeping
Work closely with team members to support daily operations
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding customer information, pricing, and internal business operations
Lifting and moving parts and supplies
Duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable handling phone inquiries and customer requests
Solid computer skills, including experience with QuickBooks
Understanding of agricultural equipment and farm operations is an asset
Experience in parts lookup and ordering is an asset
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
