[Bit #28 is done 🦋 thankful for each order]

Some thoughts I’ve been challenged by this past week:

Remember it gets better but not just by accident.

What you’re consuming is shaping who you’re becoming.
Who are you becoming more like by what you’re thinking about and spending time on?

I hope you never let the hard hits of life dull the light the Lord has placed in you for the things He has placed infront of you to do / shine through.

Chase something meaningful without losing yourself in the process or the things that truly matter most;
which is more about who you are than just what you can do.

everyone’s doing their best, help them be their best.

Stay humble and choke out your pride.
Keep God first and don’t forget,
we’re livin by faith, not by sight.

If we’re not where we want to be with who we are or becoming remember; that happens from seemingly “small” compromises that cause us to drift.
what you’re putting in, is what’s coming out.
nothing changes , if nothings changing.

the world needs you to be someone who doesn’t compromise and who lives unashamed of Gods Truth, at all costs.

and I hope we don’t avoids discomfort at all costs,
But see the greatest cost, is avoiding it.
Because it’s there where we are called to rise up,
and where we can grow.

Our greatest wealth? Having people to love and be loved by.
Waking up each day with a choice to not just do what makes us happy but to do what’ll bring God glory and serve Him and others.
our greatest wealth is less about what we want it to be about and more about what Gods Word says it’s about.

If somebody imitated your life, would they end up looking more like Jesus ?

Keep what matters most, mattering most. ❤️‍🔥

we’ve heard it said, don’t leave anything for later.

because later,
people grow old,
time passes by that you can get more of,
opportunities pass,
and later, well if we don’t do it now, it becomes a regret.

I hope if we don’t do anything, it’s the things we’re tempted to do instead.

that we wouldn’t let complaining,
or discontentment, or even comfort, keep us from living life to the fullest, in all the best of ways.

that a “full” life wouldn’t just be trying to do all the things the world tells us we should, in order to “live it up”,
But that we would do what Gods Word tells us to do, because that’s truly how life is lived with no regrets.

we can’t go back and change what we should of done but we can change what we’ll now do.

don’t miss the opportunities because you’re living in the past or thinking you’ll have more time later.

we can’t do everything but we can do something.
and that something can change a lot; for good or not.
be wise in what you do.

there’s so much more to life than always needing more,
and when our hearts are always set on looking for “more”,
or the next thing,
we forfeit contentment.

because life isn’t found in the “next best thing”,
or even holding onto the past;
it’s lived in the now.
in the season the Lord has us in.
right here we find that God has a purpose for us to be apart of,
and right here can be what we make of it.

so remember: life is what you make of it.
this season,
this job,
this marriage,
the friendships,
your attitude,
your walk with the Lord,
that hard spot you might find yourself in,
whatever it is;
it’ll be what you make of it.

no one going to live your life for you,
Keep doing your best and finding joy in the Lord and where He’s got you.

He holds it all and He is trustworthy.
When you’re tempted to think He’s withholding good from you, I hope you’re reminded, He is who He says He is.
He is good, always.
Read the Bible and hold tighter to those Words than just our feelings. Seek Gods Wisdom above our own.

Keep going friends, leave nothing for later.
Do the next right thing, when you have the opportunity ❤️‍🔥

we have a choice everyday regarding the attitude we’ll choose.

[Bit #27 is done 🦋]

so don’t be afraid to try,
to let the Lord use what feels like the greatest difficulty to change you, in all the best ways,
and don’t be afraid to trust God and to live for Him; that’s one thing we’ll never regret doing.

get in the habit of taking the hardest thing in your life,
the place of difficulty,
and expect that God can do something there;
even if it’s more inward than outward.

for nothing paralyzes our lives like the attitude that nothing can change,

we need to remind ourselves that God can change things.

that we are never without hope or too far “gone”.

if we only see the problems, we’ll quickly become defeated by them.
but if we can see the possibilities,
if we can cling to the hope of Gods Word and look for what He is doing and can do; we can go through more than we once told ourselves we couldn’t.

our outlook can determine a lot,
but I’m thankful even in the moments we struggle to have faith or believe God, He holds tighter to us than we do to Him.

our faith doesn’t rest on our strength but Gods.

so, hold loosely to your expectations & cling tighter to Gods Word.
expect less and appreciate more.

because we usually have misplaced expectations that bring us to disappointments that we could have avoided if we took Gods Word for what it is and believe it; live by it and live for Him.

have a willingness to commit,
to not let fear replace faith in our hearts,
and to see that there are no shortcuts.
live determined to see it through.

and don’t just live for the present that you forget about eternity.

refuse to sit back & wish things were different.
don’t allow life’s circumstances to push you down,
make up your mind to always pick yourself up and look for a solution, to read the Bible, to look for what God is doing and can do and has done.

choose to not let your circumstance determine your attitude.
keep in mind the kinda person you want to be and sow what you want to reap.
change what isn’t reflecting who God made you to be. nothing is neutral.

remember; you don’t “have to”, you “get too”.
anything worth having is worth working for.
Stay the narrow way ❤️‍🔥

our attitudes can keep us going or cripple our progress,
it can either fuel our fire or quench our motivation;
so whether you feel like it or not,
make up your mind to do what you know is worth doing.

[Bit #26 is done ❤️‍🔥]

& remember, it all times take,
it all takes perseverance and determination and a willingness to not be complacent about the things that matter most.

and when our attitudes are right,
not much will hinder us from seeing the opportunities in challenges and Gods faithfulness even despite what we see or don’t see happening.

so if things are taking longer than you thought they would,
if progress doesn’t seem to be as quick as expected,
keep doing the next right thing.
keep your heart set on the Lord.

for our strength comes from trusting the Lord and His Word, not simply just circumstances going our way.
Our circumstances may not change or go the way we thought but I pray our hearts and attitudes do;
that they focus less on self and more on Christ.

for I want a state of mind that sees God in everything and lives thankful rather than dwelling on what isn’t,
grumbling about what I wish went different or not doing anything because I’m wasting away wishing for something to happen first.

may we keep at it,
not letting the hard times get us down but letting them bring us closer to the foot of the cross.

because our attitudes determine a lot;
don’t let failure, challenges or in the waiting; get to your heart.
let them rather show you parts of you that can change and how you can become more like Christ.
let them make you better, not bitter.
and come out on the other side more disciplined and diligent.

we don’t just stumble into being resilient, brave & faithful; by the grace of God we grow into them through what we go through and by making choices that reflect Who we want to be.

make up your mind that whatever comes your way; you’ll seek the Lord more earnestly and not let your expectations bring you to quit but that you’ll go through them, looking for His goodness through it & cling to Truth.

be tough minded & let His Word be what you look too for shaping your character, not your feelings.
even when you don’t feel like it; I hope you do it ❤️‍🔥
