As many of you may know, selling on Poshmark isn’t all glitter and gold. The limitations are greater than growth, especially in Canada.

Because of this, I’ve been in the process of a few things, as follows:

- developing a business persona that isn’t 100% reliant on Poshmark

- adding artwork to our business model, that can be purchased outside of Poshmark

- creating a stand alone online store (in process).

— we do have a stand alone website but it is simply used as a landing point for The Little Shop in Kingston, we don’t sell from the site… yet.

I have a few other ideas that are still in “hmmm” mode, but changes are being added.

Big changes behind the scenes here! I have improved the inventory system, and done a complete re-inventory. So many things were in the wrong bins, or didn't have the inventory number in the listed, or the item somehow made it into a bin but was never listed at all. CRAZY! This is fixed (almost, still finishing the last touches).

Additionally, packing slips will be included with the packages- this will help us ensure that all the correct items are in the package without spending extra time going back and forth to cross reference Poshmark.

Lots of new goodies will be listed soon (you know, the ones that were binned but never listed... yea, those lol) :)

TLSiK is offering ridiculous discounts on large bundles. Trying to clear out while we decide if this is something  we’ll continue to do.
