This is a two-hour hands-on workshop where you’ll learn the core hand-sewing skills to keep your favourite clothes out of the landfill and in your closet.
We’re talking running stitch, backstitch, herringbone stitch, ladder stitch, and how to sew on a button that stays on.

You’ll leave with a stitch sampler to keep practicing at home, plus your own copy of our Mending Manual.

No experience needed, just curiosity. All supplies included.

You did it! 110 fabric squares all sewn up and ready to be put together for our next Community Quilt. We couldn’t have done it without the wonderful community and visitors willing to try something new and/or lend their skills to making it happen.
The votes have been tallied and once we have the quilt complete we will share with you the non-profit organization we will be donating it to 🫶🏻
