Welcome back Audrey!

Our favourite chocolatier has been away from the shop and exploring the world for a few weeks, but we are happy to announce that she's back in the shop!

That means we'll be back at the market and resuming deliveries ASAP while we get ready for the autumn days. 🍫🍁

We’re celebrating 10 years of CocoaBistro — and we all know that no celebration is complete without the amazing flavours of our seasonal truffles! 🤎

So, we thought we’d introduce a few more of our key players. Enter the “anatomy of a truffle box” — part 2 of 3!

🍊 Sea Buckthorn & Juniper is luscious and aromatic, with flavours that dance on a background of rich white chocolate.

🧄 Open Sesame is dairy free, blending house-made tahini and dark chocolate with one very unique ingredient — black garlic!

🍌 Dulce de Banana combines milk chocolate ganache and caramelized banana with decadent dulce de leche.

And that’s another piece of the box! Along with Strawberry Balsamic, Espresso Martini, Piña Colada and Tamarind Chili, there are even more seasonal flavours waiting to be discovered.

There are 12 seasonal flavours to choose from, available in boxes of 4, 6, 12, 15 or 24 — perfect for sharing, gifting, taste-testing, or keeping all to yourself.
