We’re celebrating 10 years of CocoaBistro — and continuing our introduction to some of the treats that have become favourites over the years. 🤎

Meet our Salted Butter Caramels! ✨

Decadent and delicious, these Belgian chocolate salted caramels are available in both milk and dark chocolate.

They’re simple, classic, and exactly the kind of treat that doesn’t need much explaining — rich chocolate, buttery caramel and just the right touch of salt.

We're celebrating 10 years of CocoaBistro - and we all know that no celebration is complete without the amazing flavours of our seasonal truffles! 🤎

So, we thought we'd introduce some of our key players. Enter the "anatomy of a truffle box" (part 1 of 3!)

🍓Strawberry Balsamic brings together strawberries and balsamic vinegar with luscious milk chocolate ganache
☕Espresso Martini combines rich dark chocolate, locally roasted coffee and a splash of Canadian vodka
🍍Piña Colada is filled with fresh pineapple, rum, coconut and white chocolate ganache
🌶️Tamarind Chili pairs dark chocolate ganache with a tangy fruit and spice combo.

And that’s only part of the box. You can also discover Sea Buckthorn & Juniper, Open Sesame (dairy free!) and Dulce de Banana, along with the rest of our seasonal flavour lineup.

There are 12 seasonal flavours to choose from, available in boxes of 4, 6, 12, 15 or 24 — so you can build a box for sharing, gifting, or keeping all to yourself while we celebrate 10 years of CocoaBistro.

For our 10th anniversary, CocoaBistro is celebrating with a few upgrades - including some of the packaging for our favourite treats, starting with our Chipotle Pecan Brittle. 🤎

Made with roasted pecans and spiced toffee, this sweet and spicy snack is available in our delicious milk or dark Belgian chocolate 🍫

It's true, but we can barely believe it, CocoaBistro is officially 10 years young

10 years of celebrations, experiences, holidays, romance, indulgence, tasty treats...

But most importantly, 10 years of our incredible community! Thank you Kingston and area for all of your incredible love and support over the last decade.

We absolutely love what we do at the shop, the market, local events - but it's the people in this community that all really make it worth the while. 🍫

It is always our pleasure to take part in this amazing event. Thank you University Hospitals Kingston Foundation for the opportunity to take part in such an amazing cause!

The 𝟐𝟖𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐇𝐨𝐩𝐞 𝐆𝐨𝐥𝐟 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 brought together purpose, passion and pink as about 148 golfers gathered at Cataraqui Golf and Country Club on July 28 for a remarkable day in support of women’s health. 🌹 ⛳

Thanks to the generosity of donors, participants and sponsors, an incredible $𝟑𝟗𝟎,𝟎𝟎𝟎 was raised toward the continual funding of the 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐇𝐨𝐩𝐞 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫 𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 at Kingston Health Sciences Centre, which has already driven initiatives aimed at improving access to screening, strengthening education and enhancing the overall breast-care journey for patients in our region. ✨
