To continue on with crystals that represent love for February, I have rose quartz for you today. It's probably one of the best known pink crystals.

According to , rose quartz is the very essence of unconditional love.

When you see your own inner beauty, rose quartz can inspire more self-acceptance. It can give you a genuine appreciation for yourself

🩷 Helps build friendships that are meaningful
🩷 Helps strengthen family bonds
🩷 Brings the heart Chakra into balance
🩷 Can calm the body into a state of peace
🩷 Supports emotional healing
🩷 Releases stress and resentment
🩷Has a soothing energy which can help with forgiveness and restore trust in others

Properties - calm, confidence, happiness, love, passion, personal growth
Zodiac - Ta**us and Libra
Planet - Venue (of course!)
Elements - Water

I love the soft, subtle vibe of rose quartz. I used to be quite a pink person in my youth. As a young adult, I turned away from pink. It's been making a comeback in my life over the last few years

I believe part of that is because pink represents all things love - self-love to be more specific.

The last few years have been a journey to find myself again. To put myself first, at least once in a while. Rose quartz represents all of that for me.

And can I just express how much I love my rose quartz goddess body? It took me a while to find one with this beautiful body shape. She is one of my favourite pieces (although as I do more of these, I think I'll say that phrase often, LOL).

I remember where most of my many pieces have come from and I should shout that out - I'm not sure if all the places are still operating though.

Ready in Elmira today. Come check out all the wonderful vendors here at Gale Presbyterian Church from 10-3.

My $5 Halloween earrings are making their first appearance in the table today plus a few wire wrapped witches brooms (aka Black kyanite).

As well as the usual bracelets, rings, pendants, mushrooms, moons, hearts, mini spheres and thumb stones.

There is a loose leaf tea vendor, a soup vendor, some crochet, stone art, candles, pottery, woodwork and other vendors outdoors! Something for everyone.

Someone went for a walk down by the river and brought me back a lovely lilac. Don't worry, he wasn't out wandering the streets of Stratford alone!, LOL He was with one of the co-owners of . He hangs out in their back room the whole time we're here sometimes. He comes out for food, LOL.

He ran into one of our old neighbours while out there too. The number of times we run into people who know him - often just him, not me - is wild.

Lilacs are one of my favourites. My aunt and uncle had a big one in their yard. Brings back a sensory memory for sure!

News flash - you can now find a selection of my bracelets in Waterloo! I'm going to be checking out some of the services they offer too - starting with a Reiki session.

They offer so many different things for your mind, body and spirit. Physio, massage, acupuncture along with intuitive readings, Reiki, EFT, holistic nutrition and so much more. So many options for a little self-care.

I'm starting with Reiki because it kept coming up for me in various places - from a medium telling me I should look into it, to people I'd just meet either telling me I should explore it or them actually being Reiki practitioners. It just kept appearing. So first things first - having a session so I can improve my understanding of what it is. Then - who knows? Maybe I'll take a course on it myself. You never know where life might lead you when you open your heart and mind to possibilities!

First market of the season for us is about to begin. We're trying out some new table display ideas - especially for the bracelets because I feel like having them on the other stand deters people from trying them on.

Also, I am loving the new cards! If you find yourself in the area or are looking for a little day trip idea, we're here until 3:00!

So many great vendors - crochet, bath stuff, books, artwork, skin care, jewelry there is something for everyone!
