☀️ Summer Shipping? I’ve Got You Covered! 📦

One of the questions I get asked the most this time of year is:

“Will my wax melts melt in the summer heat?”

The truth is… summer shipping can be unpredictable, especially when packages are traveling across Canada in hot delivery trucks or sitting in warehouses. That’s why I take extra steps to help protect every order before it leaves Mama Bears Scent Boutique.

✨ Every order is carefully packed using:
🧸 Insulated thermal mailers
📦 Protective packing materials
❄️ Extra insulation to help shield your wax melts from the summer heat during transit.

While I can’t control the temperatures once your package is with the carrier, I do everything I can on my end to give your order the best chance of arriving in great condition.

💛 I have one small favor to ask…

If your mail is delivered right to your door or mailbox, please try to bring your package inside as soon as you can. Leaving it sitting outside in direct sunlight or on a hot porch for hours can cause any wax product to soften or melt, no matter how well it’s packaged.

The good news? If your melts do happen to soften during shipping, don’t worry! They almost always return to normal once they’re brought inside and allowed to cool. The appearance may change slightly, but the scent and performance remain the same.

Last year, one of my amazing customers did an independent side-by-side comparison of my Bubblegum Wax Melts against another leading wax melt brand. I wasn’t involved in the review. It was completely their own experience and I was blown away by the results they shared.

There’s something so satisfying about putting together an order that’s filled with such a fun mix of scents! 💕

This customer picked an assortment of fragrances, including sunny summer favorites, luxurious perfume-inspired scents, and some of my best-selling wax melts. Every time I pack an order, I love seeing the unique combinations everyone chooses. It makes each package feel a little different!

Each wax melt is hand-poured in small batches here in Alberta, carefully inspected, wrapped with care, and packed before heading off to its new home. I truly appreciate every order that comes through my shop, and getting to share these packing videos with you makes it even more fun. 🥰
