Getting close to being done with pumpkins. 125 stems, 125 vines and 125 hats to be sewn together. Plus an additional 75 of the bright orange to sew tops on and then they are done! One week to get this all finished before they head to Aldor Acres Ltd. for their opening weekend.

New business cards have arrived in preparation for winter markets. Just have to finish the last of the pumpkin hats first.

First batch of pumpkin (and apple) hats delivered to Willow View Farms today in time for their opening tomorrow. I think it’s still a bit too warm for them yet.

Inspector Socks is working hard tonight making sure that all the apple and pumpkin hats will be ready to go to Willow View Farms tomorrow for their opening day on the 14th. Ends need to be sewn in, stems and leaves attached but we are almost done!

You know you’ve been crocheting too much when your hook breaks! Just finishing up the last Apple hats to go with their pumpkin hats for Willow View Farms before their opening later this week.

Well… my knee has officially resigned from active duty. 😅 Guess I have no choice but to spend my days on the couch binge-watching shows and crocheting pumpkin hats. If anyone needs me, I’ll be surrounded by yarn, snacks, and questionable TV decisions. 🎃🧶📺

A nice change of scenery tonight from my usual couch headquarters where pumpkin hats are normally in production. 🎃🧶😄

Tonight I traded pumpkins for poppies and joined a great group of ladies to work on a new project — making poppies for an art installation headed to a museum in Ottawa. 🌺

Who knew my crafting career would take me from seasonal headwear to museum contributions? 😂
