A small moment of appreciation and nostalgia for these (new to the shop!) hand-dyed skeins from Annika Peloski. The colorway name is aptly ‘90s Warehouse Rave’ 🌟 Heck, these are even black light responsive.

1. THANK YOU to all the Love Your LYS yarn crawling lovelies that stopped into the shop this weekend. Your support truly means the world to us. 🥰 A very big extra thank you to Ally for holding down the fort while I was gone. ☺️

2. I’m currently nursing a mega Knit City hangover but I would be remiss if I didn’t send another giant THANK YOU to absolutely everyone that made it happen. The biggest and best takeaway this year was seeing the sheer amount of love and support for Canadian makers and small shops. 🇨🇦❤️

It’s one (very special) thing to be able to create a community where I call home, but it’s quite another to be welcomed as a part the extended local LYS community. 🥹

When Paula Paula - Baaad Anna’s Yarn Store called to ask if we would be interested in participating in this years’ Love Your LYS Yarn Crawl there was zero hesitance. Of course we said yes. I for one can’t think of a better way to celebrate the start of fall than to grab a yarny buddy (or two...or four) and planning a fun full day field trip to check out all the LYS’ we’re fortunate to have. If you haven’t visited Fort Langley in the fall yet, my friend, you’re in for a treat. 🍂

For every minimum purchase of $10 made at each store, you’ll earn an entry to win a grand prize basket consisting of special prizes from all of the participating stores.
