I know you’re here.
I know that I am suposed to keep sharing.
I dont know where that will lead me.
I DO know that my voice is needed.

It's funny when I sit and think about things.
I'm still here to think about things.
We are living in a lonely world.
Where connection is all around us and nowhere to be found at the same time.
Connections matter.

Keep smiling at strangers and being kind
Keep talking to each other and allowing grace.

It's so heavy out here in this world!

Well I did it.
I’ve always wanted to.
So I Did.

So what I’m saying is do the things you want to.

Do the thing you’re scared of.

Love ya!

Here I am, just a girl standing in front of you, trying to remind you how worthy, loved, and seen you are.
Honestly, I’ve struggled for what feels like 14 months—oh wait… it WAS 14 months 😂—trying to figure out how to show up and continue to serve you on this platform.
What do I share? What trends do I do? What do you actually want to see? I’ve overthought ALL of it.
But tonight I was watching a friend’s stories, and they shared something so simple about just participating in the trends. Whether they’re silly, whether people love them or hate them… sometimes it’s just supposed to be FUN.
So thank you, friend, Alicia Mccarvell for that reminder. ❤️
I’m going to keep showing up. Keep sharing. Keep having fun.
Even without the store. 🥹
And maybe that’s the point of this next chapter. The rebuilding. Figuring out who I am, what I want to create, and what this next version of my life looks like.
So if you’re here watching me rebuild, I’d love for you to stick around. Like, comment, share, tell me what you want to see, or just say hi.
I’m figuring it out as I go—and honestly, I’d love to have you along for the ride. ❤️

I want you to think about the women who showed you love.
Mothers. Grandmothers. Aunts. Teachers. Women who always seemed to have something to give.
Now ask yourself…
Who came first for these women?
Everybody.
And then, if there was anything left, maybe they took care of themselves.
I know because I was doing the same thing.
I was in the middle of a full-blown anxiety attack when a dear friend asked me:
“What can you do that’s just for YOU?”
I couldn’t think of one thing.
So she said, “Put your makeup on.”
Not because I was going somewhere.
Not because I needed to be online.
Simply because she knew I LOVE makeup.
And something so small started to change.
I started doing things simply because they brought ME joy.
Because when you’ve spent your whole life putting yourself last, choosing yourself—even in the smallest ways—isn’t selfish.
It’s a beginning.
Tupac said we came from women, got our name from women, and our game from women—and challenged us to help heal our women.
So as I rebuild…
I’m going to HEAL THIS WOMAN.
And maybe that woman is you, too.
You are LOVED.You are WORTHY.You are SEEN.
And you don’t have to come last. ❤️
What’s one thing you’re going to do today, just for YOU?
