So the term to buy Wood Burned BLM ornaments from the shop to raise money for the Bail project has officially come to a close. I decided to donate 100% of proceeds instead of the original 95% because we didn't make it through the first round of ornaments (the 5% would have allowed me to purchase more wood slices so we could do it again). HOWEVER! We managed to raise $120 (hey that's $120 more than they had before that will help those who have been wrongfully incarcerated to post bail) I'm proud of every single one of you who donated. Thank you for your support! Blessings 💙💜

The Bail Project is a national nonprofit organization that pays bail for people in need, reuniting families and restoring the presumption of innocence. Now that the bride has received her entirely customized paper bouquet, I'm free to share with you all this gorgeous and completely personalized wedding keepsake!

The bride was able to select her favorite paper flowers from a list to be included in the arrangement, could choose to include the use of gemstones and glitter papers, beading and even sent in scraps of fabric from her mothers wedding dress that were used in different elements throughout the bouquet! (Lace over the handle, and these gorgeous embroidered strips of lace to pair with the beading. Fabric from the veil was used to create the flowers at the bottom. Plus the buttons were used as flower centers.) She picked the phrasing for the ribbon too which just adds yet another meaningful layer to this overall stunning piece! The flowers are made from Harry Potter book pages and colored cardstocks in her house colors (Hufflepuff, represent!) But she's not the only one who got in on all the fun. The groom got to be involved too! He sent in his favorite comic book series (RWBY) for his boutonniere and selected from a list of different styled paper roses.

It was a joy and a privilege to get to work with one of my dear friends and her fiancé and get to contribute some of my creative work for her special day! Congratulations to the soon to be married couple!!! With - Katie Heacock

Its a Harry Potter/music Mashup. The images are based after 4 different album covers from 4 of the recipient's favorite bands. I had a lot of fun with this one. Painted with acrylic on stretch canvas.

I have added these wooden ornaments to the shop. 95% of proceeds will be donated to the Bail Project (the other 5% allows me to cover material costs to purchase more wood if these are successful). I am currently creating the listing for the shop so they should be available within the hour and are being sold for $15 USD each. Currently there will be 40 ornaments available for purchase :)
