Your Android box experiencing issues, here are some steps to follow:

Round 1 (clearing cache)
1) Go into Android Settings on your device and find APPS
2) Select the APP you are having trouble with
3) Select Force Stop
4) Select Storage
5) Select Clear Cache
6) Reboot your device
7) Retest

Still Experiencing an Issue?

Round 2 (Network)
1) Unplug all devices that connect to your network
2) Unplug your Router (if applicable)
3) Unplug your Modem
4) Wait 5 minutes to allow the network to flush
5) After 5 minutes has passed plug everything back in the reverse order
6) Retest

Still Experiencing an Issue?

Round 3 (Fresh Start)
1) Go into Android Settings on your device and find APPS
2) Select the APP you are having trouble with
3) Select Force Stop
4) Select Storage
5) Select Clear Cache
6) Select Clear Data
7) Select Uninstall
8) Restart your device
9) Download a NEW copy of the APP in question and install it
10) Retest

*Why do Ghostware Boxes cost more then Amazon and Ebay products???

*When you get a unit off Amazon it is a blank box with standard stock firmware from China, Ghostware creates our own firmware from SDK, custom kernels, or edited kernels to optimize to the best performance, All tweaks made to the firmware honestly make it run that much better,

*Support - Amazon support for these boxes are pretty bad, whereas we have a support channel on discord and telegram with a team of people willing to help and awesome customers that jump in and help as well, so you are not stranded.

*Work ethic - There is no denying that we put our heart and soul into this product, sure it may be a regular box to some, but its not to most who have used both, besides great support and an optimized system with media and games what else could there be?

*OTA Updates - We create custom OTA until the firmware is rock stable, - over 10 OTA updates since the release of our GhostDroid, it shows how seriously we take our developments.

*Anti Mess Up Firmware - This is one of the best parts of the Ghostboxes, lets say you mess your box up and it needs to be restored, you can literally run 2 applications to fully set your box up, BUTTTT it does not load the same initial setup, it loads all the new stuff we keep on the server so things are up to date.

*Lastly one on one support AT LAST RESORT, - Amazon does not remote into boxes to fix, nor does ebay, we can if all else fails.

*There is much more that makes Ghostware awesome, but here is a few things to help understand why we charge more then the average Joe.

Here is a big important tip for you all.

There are some really nefarious people out there that put false files and executables on the web.

Always, always read exactly what the file is.

If you clicked on this you would be inviting viruses to take over your box.

You want to watch Jumanji 2, results come up, you pick a link and hit play.

Boom! your infected if on a windows machine..

you should never have an executable (exe) on a movie or tv show

rule to play by, if its in the theaters it will never be a 720 or 1080. it should say cam or possibly screener.

By renaming it as a 720 or 1080 they are sucking people into thinking a good copy is out and they click on it.

also it is my recommendation to not use autoplay to pick your movies. you need to know what it is picking.

As was mentioned, this is an exe and will not activate on android, point of post is to be wary of what you click on.

Read the titles, especially with kids.

it is possible to have keywords in titles for movies you do not want kiddos watching.,,lol

These are my opinions and not Ghostware. just trying to maximize viewing pleasure

For those of you who are unable to install Disney+ Android App on your android box, this has been working for people where the service is available, if its not available you can use a VPN service to use it. You will need to signup for their free trial in order to use it as well.

- Download all the Disney+ APK files and Split Installer APK
