We are passionate about foot health and performance devices that literally change the next steps you take in life! It was 2007 when Shoe Solutions first opened its doors. We are proudly locally owned and operated right here in Lethbridge. At Shoe Solutions, we are old school “sit and fit” service with new a NEW school, professional approach. We listen carefully to your goals and interests, taking

into consideration any health related issues, along with an evaluation of your current foot and footwear situation. We have two certified Pedorthist’s, a Kinesiologist, and an exercise science specialist on staff. Using our expertise, we then measure your feet with industry leading technology. Using digital 3D volumetric images, we accurately fit the length, width and total volume of your foot. We then isolate pressure areas with our barometric sensor pate and educate you on your “foot type” as well as observe your dynamic GAIT. With all of this information, we utilize our training and experience to provide the most accurate individualized footwear and foot care recommendations for any situation and/or lifestyle. Shoe Solutions is also proud to offer ShoeLabs. A unique initiative to personalize and customize footware to your exact, unique needs. With ShoeLabs, our goal is to use our technology and equipment to do everything from 3D printing, to leather work, lifts/elevations and shoe stretching. We know that two feet are rarely alike. Whether its a foot health concern or a performance edge that you need, our staff are excited to fit you like you’ve never been fit before. At Shoe Solutions, we are here to serve. Position Description:

We are seeking a positive, reliable, and detail-oriented administrative assistant to support our team and ensure the smooth operation of daily business activities. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, from scheduling and communication to record-keeping and office coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and a strong communicator with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

-Assist owners with administrative tasks
-Be a walking example of Shoe Solutions culture statements at all times
-Execute marketing plan and report to continuously increase marketing effectiveness.
-Continue to systemize the business through procedures, job descriptions and calendars.
-Participate in the hiring process and onboarding
-Website maintenance
-Purchase any marketing materials and supplies.
-Manage the online website and listings.
-Check voicemails and answer phone calls.
-Inventory management
-Manage Calendars
-Generate HR reports
-Pay vendors and track payables.
-Submit payroll on the 15th and 1st of each month
-Ensure drive and physical files are organized & up to date, including employee files.
-Assist with RFM Orthotics tasks as they come up.
-Support Shoe Solutions Calgary with insurance billing, customer communication, and bookings.
-Support other team members, leaders, or customers when required.
