A little preparation today can make a big difference tomorrow. ♥️

We created this Emergency Information Board to help keep your family’s important information in one place. In an emergency, you won’t have to search through your phone, everything you need is right where everyone can find it. I added magnets to mine and placed it in the fridge!

It includes spaces for:
• Emergency contacts
• Family doctor
• Medical notes
• Important phone numbers

We’ve also added a matching Emergency ID Tag that’s perfect for backpacks, diaper bags, luggage, walkers, wheelchairs, or anywhere it might be needed. Just fill it out with important medical information and emergency contacts for extra peace of mind when you’re away from home. You can write on them, or i can engrave the details for you.

It’s one of those things you hope you’ll never need, but you’ll be glad you have if you do.
