We are CLOSED today for the holiday, but we’ll be back tomorrow with our Fall Hours:

What an incredible evening of movement, laughter and community spirit at the Glow Run Fun Run Relay 5K! From the runners and walkers to the volunteers, cheerleaders and families along the route, everyone brought such amazing energy and helped light up the night.

A huge thank-you to everyone who participated and supported this community event, hosted by Breakaway Sports and Cycle and Wiikwemkoong Health Centre’s Lower Limb Initiative.

✨ GLOW RUN IS TONIGHT! ✨

We’ve got some exciting news! 🎉 Wikwemikong Health Centre has generously increased the race swag T-shirts and post-race charcuterie cups to 100!

That means there are still 25 spots available if you want to sign up and get some race swag! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

If you’ve been thinking about joining us, make sure to sign up before 3:00 PM today. And don’t forget to remind your teammates to register if they haven’t already!

🔦 Important: Bring a flashlight or headlamp — we’ll be running the Low Island Trail in the dark!

Day 3 of Crank the Shield Alex finished 7th and Nathan finished 11th overall.

Alex placed 4th overall in the M 30-44 year old category.

Nathan placed 5th overall in the M under 30 years category.
