Sometimes life brings people back together for reasons bigger than we understand and I’m grateful it did! 💕
Eight years ago we exchanged numbers and had a couple playdates with our little girls. Then..life happens. Nothing crazy. Just time passing as it does and we lost touch.
Fast forward to two months ago, and this time, our reconnection came through circumstances neither of us would have chosen….Cancer.
Through the pain, the treatments, and all the unfairness cancer brings, you just wanted to feel like yourself again.
I wasn’t certain at first how much I could help…even though I knew I wanted to help make you feel beautiful and confident.
Then your words made me laugh. You said, “Listen, I’ll be your Guinea Pig!! I want to try! ” 😂
Well, together, we found a way.
Watching you light up has been emotional in the best way, and I want to thank you so much for trusting me.
Moments like this are a reminder that hair can be so much more than style. It can be healing, and a piece of reclaiming yourself.
Amanda, your courage shines as beautifully as you do. And your willingness to share your story in hopes of helping other women feel less alone is….amazing. 
Cancer sucks! It’s heartbreaking and cruel, but your strength through it all is nothing short of inspiring.
