I saw this on another consultant’s site and thought it looked really good. I made this tonight for dinner and we were not disappointed! A nice way to change up the Thai Coconut Soup.

I made Shepherds Pie last night for dinner. Easy to make and tasted great! Added a side Ceaser salad to round up the dinner!
