A free sunflower for everyone who stops by this Monday and Tuesday! 🌻
*Update: We have 500 sunflowers, so we'd love to see a whole lot of you through that front door!*
We would love to give one small sunflower to every person who stops by Listowel Florist this Monday and Tuesday, August 3rd and 4th. Completely free, with no purchase necessary. (And yes, we are open!)
Children and grown-ups alike are welcome, because you never really outgrow the delight of carrying home a flower of your very own.
Sunflowers especially seem to hold some of the wonder of childhood. Some flowers seem enormous when you are small, and I know sunflowers felt that way to me when I was little.
They may be one of the first flowers many of us learn by name, with their big, bright faces towering over our heads. Perhaps that is why they still make us so happy, even once we are all grown up.
Here at Listowel Florist, we are thrilled to have locally grown sunflowers arriving. We expect to have them through at least the middle of September and, hopefully, right through to the end. You will find them gathered into cheerful bunches, arranged into everyday bouquets, and appearing in some beautiful late-summer weddings.
Stop by on Monday and Tuesday and take home a little bit of sunshine. One per person, while quantities last. 🌻
