Framing & Art Centre is a locally owned and operated small business. While we are a part of a franchise system, our store is owned, operated and managed by people who live in London. That means you will see the same friendly faces each and every time you stop into our store. It also means that we care (a lot!) about our local community and we want to make it a great place to live and work.

Our featured artist for January & February is the late Tom Hilborn.

Born and raised in London, he studied at Beal Art under Bert Kloesman and Herb Ariss, and he spent his entire life painting and sketching.

This collection represents his broad, organic colour palette, influenced by energy in the natural world.
