Still feeling the energy from today! ❤️

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us at The Stock Room for our networking event with Co-operators. The turnout was incredible, and even better were the conversations, connections, and new faces that came through our doors.

A special mention to Chisholm Services for Children, our charity partner for the event. We were so happy to have the opportunity to support an organization doing such meaningful work for children and families in our community.

Thank you to our amazing Stock Room team for making the day run so smoothly, and to our customers for sharing the store with us while we hosted during regular hours. You guys truly are the best.

We’re looking forward to continuing the conversations that started today and hopefully hosting many more events like this in the future!

We'll be closing early this Wednesday, August 5th at 5:30pm so our team can head out for our Employee Appreciation Night. Construction Update 🚧
Here’s the rundown 👇

Why: repaving to improve road safety and driving conditions, plus repairs to sidewalks, curbs, driveway connections and underground infrastructure. Yes, that means that hole in our driveway!

Access: every property keeps access the whole time, work on driveways happens in stages so there's always a way in or out. Emergency vehicles are covered too.

Getting around: sidewalks close in sections with marked detours, cyclists share the road and follow posted signage.

Noise: concrete work happens in the day, paving happens overnight since it moves faster and keeps daytime traffic flowing.

Timeline: about three months starting July 2026, with the bulk of the work done by mid-fall and final touches (like line painting) wrapping up later in the fall.

Bottom line for us: TSR stays open through all of it. Come say hi 🙂

Sometimes it’s not about the deal. It’s about what the find means. 🤍

One of our customers recently shared that they found a brand new CPAP mask for their husband for under $1. A simple find that could make a real difference in someone’s everyday life.

Moments like this remind us that The Stock Room is about more than treasure hunting. Every week, people discover things they genuinely need. Medical supplies, mobility aids, household essentials, toiletries, cleaning products, clothing, and everyday items that help stretch a family’s budget.

One Dollar Days hit differently. The crowds are just as big as Saturdays, but the vibe is completely different. It’s calmer, more relaxed, and for many people, it’s a little bit of shopping therapy. There’s no rush, just the fun of discovering unexpected treasures.
