Motivational stainless steel dog tag... Maybe demotivational... I don't know. You decide. All I can say for sure is that this is a custom designed dog tag containing words engraved over a colorful background that has been permanently marked on mirror finish stainless steel using beams of light. That's the kind of thing that our ancestors would call sorcery... but we won't judge grampa for not knowing about lasers.
