As the frost begins to settle in, our flower fields are slowly winding down. We are now heading into the final couple of weekends to enjoy our fresh, seasonal flowers. If you would like to pick up a few more local blooms before the season officially ends, now is the perfect time.

Where your winter crop plan goes to die! 🥀🧐

Some of the easiest crops to grow are currently not living their best life here on the farm. 💐
I mostly wouldn’t care, if they hadn’t been given prime real estate right in front of the timber frame greenhouse! 😬😬

The good news is that we grow over 60 varieties of specialty cut flowers, so there is still plenty of beauty to choose from. 🌸 🌺

JUNE…🌻 🐝

She’s a cruel mistress!
After many, many long days, the fields were finally planted!
Flower fields ✔️🌸
Pumpkin patch ✔️ 🎃
Veggie garden ✔️ 🥕
Thanksgiving hoop house ✔️ 🌻
Phew 😅

Then we had a frost 😬
Pumpkin patch ❌
Melon bed ❌
Heat loving veggies and flowers ❌

And then the HONOUR system farm stand—vanishing flowers and a vandalized cash box 😱😱😱
