Why do we offer pre-ground coffee beans? Isn't freshly ground best? Absolutely, but we also know that your grind can greatly impact the flavour of your coffee. Not everyone has a budget for a "good" burr grinder. Some don't like the noise of grinding coffee or the mess it makes.

So, instead of deciding whether to spend a few hundred bucks on a burr grinder or pulling out that $20 bladed spice grinder thats been hiding in your cupboard for years, let us handle that part for you. From espresso, to standard drip, to cold brew, we're happy to help. ☕️

Sneaky Elf popped by to tell us that Santa's got a new favourite drink to pair with his cookies.

We have limited dates to end off 2025 for our cold brew coffee concentrate. Don't worry, we plan on bringing it back for 2026 but there will be a little bit of a break since most customers enjoy cold brew in spring/summer/fall seasons.

Available for local delivery in Regina and Lumsden, SK area only, bottles are sure to sell quickly so jump on this opportunity. Order online at saskoffeeroastery.ca.

Only specialty grade coffee and water is used to make our cold brew coffee concentrate. Preservatives free, it only has a 14 day shelf life (open or not). Simply mix 1 part concentrate with 2 parts milk or water. Or, enjoy this recipe for a festive cold brew:

Mix over ice:
1 part Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate
1 part milk
2 parts eggnog
Optional: 1 oz vanilla syrup, sprinkle cinnamon on top

The drink made in this video used 1/3 cup Cold brew. You could make 13 of these drinks with 1 - 36 oz bottle of cold brew.
