WE’RE WATCHING THE WEATHER for tomorrow’s Ride (March 14th, ‘26)…
Forecasts seem to be flip-flopping between snow and full rain during our ride time so I am going to confirm our GROUP ride by 7am.
…As in… “I will confirm if I WILL BE THERE!” Hahaha… Of course…people are always welcome to ride in the rain in my absence should they desire. 😁

SATURDAY FAT BIKE RIDE is scheduled for March 14th at 9am in Mahone Bay.
This will be our last guided ride of the season and conditions will be varied with the thaw, rain earlier in the week and freeze forecast for Friday. If you like adventure this could be the ride for you! We will watch the weather leading up to ride time and as long as it isn’t raining we will give it a try. Although this is our last guided ride for the season, our fat bikes will be available to rent throughout the balance of March and into April if you are planning a March break getaway on the South Shore. We are looking forward to a great ride this morning!
Conditions were hard-packed with icy sections as of 8pm last night, the temperatures are rising so the ice will be softer but STUDDED TIRES are going to be necessary and it wouldn’t hurt to have ice grippers on your boots in case you need to put your foot down on a slippery section.

SATURDAY BEGINNER FAT BIKE RIDE is scheduled for March 7th in Mahone Bay at 9am - 11am.
Only two more guided rides scheduled for this season! Spring conditions will prevail this week with some crunchy sections, some lumpy sections and possibly some icy sections as Mother Nature has turned the corner toward spring with significant temperature swings from daytime to overnight. The trails within town are in the best shape so you can plan on multiple loops on our favourite terrain. I do have a few rentals left for this Saturday’s session: 1 XS, 1 Small, 1 Medium at the special Saturday 2hr. Session rate of $35/bike. Give us a call or drop us a line if you want a little more information about our rides.
