Beautiful vintage mid-century modern (MCM) floor-standing smoking / smoke stand. This elegant piece was manufactured by N.P.F. (National Presto Industries) and bears the authentic factory model stamp "N.P.F. 444" on the bottom of the base.

It features an ornate, heavily weighted brass-finished base, a slim elegant pedestal column, and a built-in top carrying handle. Perfect addition to a cigar lounge, bar area, covered patio, or as a unique Hollywood Regency style decor piece.

Maker/Model: Stamped "N.P.F. 444" on the bottom of the base.

Manufacturer History: Made by N.P.F., a company known for durable, heavy-cast stamped metalware and classic consumer housewares.

Year of Manufacture: Circa 1950s (Mid-Century Modern / Post-WWII era).

Material: Heavy cast metal with a classic vintage brass finish. Includes a removable dark glass insert for easy cleaning.

Condition: Excellent vintage condition with a beautiful natural patina. Perfectly sturdy with a solid weighted base.

This classic collectible is a vintage 1950s Buddy L Texaco Fuel Tanker Truck, modeled after a heavy-duty GMC 550 blunt-nose tractor.

Manufactured by the Moline Pressed Steel Corporation (the makers of Buddy L) in East Moline, Illinois, these durable pressed steel toys were incredibly popular during the late 1950s and early 1960s. Many variants were originally offered as promotional items at local Texaco gas stations.
