🍂 FALL INTO CHRISTMAS — 2026 ORDER DEADLINES 🎄

September hit the ground running, and somehow we’ve been swept right through to the end of October! Between the big group orders, the smaller projects, and everything in between, you’ve certainly kept us busy.

And we appreciate every single order. ❤️

As Christmas approaches, our orders become a little more personal. These are the gifts, keepsakes, and thoughtful little details that make custom work so special. We want to give each piece the attention it deserves, without rushing through the things that matter.

With that in mind, here are our remaining deadlines for Christmas 2026:

🎄 NOVEMBER 1 — TEAM, LARGE GROUP & CORPORATE ORDERS

All orders, designs, and details must be completely finalized by November 1 to ensure they’re ready for Christmas.

Don’t need them for Christmas? No problem! You can submit these orders anytime, and we’ll work them into our production schedule between smaller orders.

👕 DECEMBER 14 — SMALLER CLOTHING ORDERS

This is our final deadline for smaller apparel orders guaranteed to be ready for Christmas.

Please remember that your designs must be created, approved, and finalized with us by December 14, so don’t leave the design process until the last minute!

🎁 DECEMBER 14 — ORNAMENTS & ALL OTHER ITEMS

Our final Christmas order deadline for ornaments, personalized gifts, and other custom items.

These cut-offs give us the time needed for ordering, shipping, designing, and production, while allowing us to work at a human pace and give your orders the care they deserve.

Starting December 1, we’re bringing back a little holiday fun to thank the people who make Darkside Shop possible — YOU!

Big shout out to The Authentic T-Shirt Company/SanMar Canada for the incredibly generous donation of blank clothing to support Harleen’s Team Breasties in the Walk for the Cure.

Working with suppliers like this are a huge part of our success and ability to contribute to the community.

We printed all their hoodies and shirts, as well as some little extras for someone special organizing everything.

Coozies of all kinds and bandanas have been keeping us busy these days.

Introducing the reusable and customizable coffee cup coozie. Great small gift for your caffeinated friends that they can enjoy everywhere they go.

Then our beloved coozie tumblers. These are so versatile and they are so useful. Coffee in the morning, b**r in the afternoon, at the same sports venue. An honour to design and create these for the Poco FC Soccer Club. (The lids were off as they were still in the cooling process).

Custom ties for the dropping soon at the Maul!
These are special. When we first started making these for the LRC, we thought they were for one banquet. They’re a labour of love with a lot of time and design into them. We can’t begin to explain the profound reaction we had one day when we visited the club for the Ladies Field Opening Ceremony and saw these ties EVERYWHERE. Many tears were shed at the impact of seeing what these seemingly useless objects represent to an amazing community of people. They’re still near and dear to the 💚💛
