Tommys Creek- Jan 12th 2026

Warmer temperatures in the valley definitely affected the road conditions into the parking lot. We were blessed with some fresh snow up top Tommys 1. Base measured out to 210cm and fresh snow accumulated around 35cm, however in the trees we were riding on 1-1.5ft of fresh snow, not alot of tracks in.

As always being mindfull of avalanche danger, this 30cm slab that just fell has not bonded to the lower layers and we are still keeping an eye on the breakaway layer from december further down as the temperatures rise.

That being said we spent the day playing on low risk low angle slopes and sticking to the trees as much, ride safe!

If you aren’t here in McBride yet this weekend, you should be.
Massive reload last week overall snow depth probed at 200-225cm depending, with 12” of fresh snow friday night. Warmer temperatures do threaten the snow pack and as always keep in mind what the wind and warmer temperatures do to the Avalanche forecast.

Very sorry on the absence of posts lately…
But heres the update on our factory mod, will be riding tomorrow and be reporting back on our snow conditions.
-Silber Stage 2 Tune and clutch kit
-hi torque rollers
-jaws rowdy
-Gearing kit
-RPM charge tube and blow off valve
-Full top to bottom engine rebuild
-extreme air vents (added extra vents to the hood for more airflow on the deep days)
-Diet ( de foam and install heat tape, drill holes in some parts)
Its been a long time coming and hope everything works well without a hickup.
