We’re proud to announce Holly Brooke’s promotion to Outside Ag Sales at Delta Irrigation in Taber, Alberta. Promoting from within reflects Delta’s commitment to recognizing talent and developing leaders who understand our customers, our culture, and our industry. Holly’s dedication and hands-on experience make her a natural fit for this next step.

Over the past two years in agricultural parts, Holly has built strong customer relationships and developed a deep understanding of parts operations. She also gained valuable field experience through the activation and deactivation of CropX probes. Prior to joining Delta, Holly worked in parts sales with a potato equipment company in Taber, further strengthening her connection to the local agriculture community.

Outside of work, Holly enjoys spending time with friends and family—especially over a good board game. She also lends a hand on her partner's family ranch, helping with calving in the winter and hauling bales in the summer.

“I’m looking forward to growing new and existing relationships in this role, while helping growers improve efficiency and productivity across every acre.”

In 2025, average irrigated land values increased 11.3% in Alberta and 19.2% in Saskatchewan, with FCC pointing to yield advantages and greater production certainty as key drivers. For growers considering moving from dryland, improving consistency, or planning for long-term value, this report is worth reading.
