It is with great sadness that this week we will lose our neighbour Minnie’s Eats & Sweets. Due to astronomical food costs, economy in the toilet, and low traffic flow, there is no viable way for this small restaurant to survive. Mickey's This & That Thrift Stop will continue to be open (Monday to Saturday 8:30 - 4:30), bringing you great deals on used furniture and appliances. It is with unbelievable sadness to announce that yesterday, our family lost our #1 pillar of strength. Ernie was the inspiration to open our store. He was an amazing man, father, grandfather, husband (Claudia of Minnie’s Eats & Sweets ), and friend to all. He will be missed forever, and the world has lost a true champion of the people. Rest in peace dad. Xoxox
