I'm alive! And back at the shop today! I won't lie, it's been a ROUGH couple of weeks, and I'm still not 100% but I'm functional and seemingly getting better every day. Hopefully we're properly on the upswing now ❤️🧶

Showered AND dressed today! Starting to feel better, but still dealing with some spinny blips. I start physio for it on Tuesday and I'm really hoping to be back in the shop by Wednesday!

Here's a picture of my face before the vertigo hit. Because currently, I look like I've been struck by a very large bus.

Katie will be at the shop for me today, so please go see her!! The rest of the week is still up in the air unfortunately, and for that I apologize! I was starting to feel better and then had another round of episodes on Monday and went right back to square one 😭

I'm going stir crazy being stuck between my bed and couch, but the reality is that my body has been running with the check engine light on for a minute now and in true Hayley fashion, I've ignored it until it decided I couldn't ignore it anymore.

I went back to the clinic yesterday and with a new treatment plan I am thankfully starting to feel better, but I'm still very dizzy, and I recognize that starting to feel better is not in fact, better.

Instead of stressing myself out more with the day by day deciding, I'm making the choice to stay closed until next week to allow myself the time I clearly need to recover. I truly do apologize if this is affecting anyone who has been waiting to come to the shop, and I hope you'll still come see me next week instead!

Thank you to everyone who has reached out with your well wishes and understanding, I truly so appreciate the community we have built and I can't wait to get back into the shop for you all.
