We are a mother-daughter duo that enjoys making handcrafted items for around the house. Between the two of us, the sky is the limit, as we can make almost anything in crochet cotton, yarns and wools, and fabrics. Marj Burtt is originally from Northern Alberta and has been crocheting as a hobby since she was a teenager. Capable of making just about anything with crochet cotton, Marj has been making different crocheted doilies, table clothes, bookmarks, table runners, and other home items for 30 years. Her daughter, Tailar Tolkacz, was born and raised here in Medicine Hat and has been crocheting since the age of thirteen. Her skill range is vast, and she is willing to try anything. Apparel of all sorts, from sweaters and slippers, to baby clothes and blankets, Tailar is very talented with other handcrafted hobbies. Cross stitch, sewing, latch hook and embroidery took up many hours of her teenaged years. Both women are proud to present quality items, crafted from the heart. **Just so that our valued clientele are aware, we are both employed full time, and Marj is a full time mother of two other younger daughters. Handcrafted pieces can be time consumptive as it is, but due to both being very active participants in their daily lives, please have some understanding and patience. Making quality items for you and yours will take time :) **
