A really big thank you goes out to Terry and the vendors of the Medicine Hat Rib Fest for their very thoughtful donation of food to some of the most vulnerable members of our community. The food was delicious, and the smiles were endless!
It is exceptionally heartwarming when people can see beyond themselves and give generously to those who are in need. On behalf of The Salvation Army, our staff and the people we serve, we sincerely thank you for your kindness and generosity. 🙏🏻❤️

We are praying for the people of Venezuela and for all those involved in the rescue and recovery efforts. We are also praying for the ministry and response of The Salvation Army in Venezuela.

Venezuela is facing devastating loss after powerful back-to-back earthquakes destroyed homes, damaged infrastructure and left many people in urgent need of help. As rescue and recovery efforts continue, The Salvation Army in Canada is responding with emergency relief and practical support for those affected.

I’m not sure how to sum up how I am feeling about today. My heart is exploding with love, joy, and gratitude for the support we received today at our Neighbourhood Bash.
First, let me thank our church family! Today, you all stepped up, volunteered, and displayed love in action. Today, you exemplified what it means to be a community church, and as your pastor, I am proud of each of you.
Secondly, I want to thank Terry Armstrong from Chaotic Xotics. Not only does Terry own the best reptile shop in the region, but he’s also a local boy who loves Medicine Hat. I am blessed to have Terry as my friend. Thank you for setting up an awesome reptile exhibit — the kids and adults loved it very much.
I would also like to personally thank Willie’s Towing, Medicine Hat Waste Management, Medicine Hat Bylaw Enforcement, and the Cypress Rod & Custom Car Club for setting up an awesome Touch-A-Truck experience in our parking lot. Also, a big thank you to Bounce of Fun for the bouncy castle.
Finally, a big thank you to everyone who came out to support this event. Medicine Hat is an amazing place, and the people are what make this city so special. We are estimating that 450–500 people were in attendance today.
God is good, and He loves the people of Medicine Hat.

Where do I begin??? On this Administrative Professionals Day, we would like to show our love and appreciation to Kimberley Matson.
