A: It takes quite some time to make tumblers, there is the design, the prep, the drying and the curing time, which can ta
ke about 4 days from start to finish. My turnaround time varies on the amount of orders I have at the moment, so please inquire when ordering. Q: Are they dishwasher safe ? A: No, all tumblers must be handwashed and cannot be soaked. Q: Will the glitter come off my tumbler? A: No, the epoxy seals the glitter onto the tumbler to provide a glass like finish
Q: Do you offer bulk discounts? A: No, All tumblers are handcrafted and take the same amount of time to create, even if ordering many of the same design. Q: I did not follow the Care Instructions and my tumbler is now damaged, what do I do ? A: Every tumbler will come with a Care Instructions card, please read these and take care of your tumbler. Prairie Road Designs is not responsible for any damaged that may occur once your package had been shipped and received. We do not fix or strip damaged tumblers. Q: How do I care for my tumbler ? A: Gentle handwashing only, no dishwasher, no soaking, no scrubbing, no extreme heat, no extreme cold, do not leave in a hot car, no microwaving, Handle with care.
