Nova Scotia Provincial 4-H show in Bridgewater, NS.

The weather was perfect this weekend at the annual 4-H provincial show.
Hundreds of members from across the province took part in both livestock and life skills projects.

Green Diamond Equipment was once again proud to be the equipment sponsor and to donate the John Deere S130 Lawn tractor for the Early Bird prize of the 50/50 draw.

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of former Green Diamond Equipment employee, Mike Jolley, who passed away on September 24, 2026.

Mike was a valued member of our Kentville team, serving as a Small Engine Service Technician from September 2012 to July 2024, dedicating nearly 12 years of service to Green Diamond Equipment
Known for his exceptional knowledge of small engines, Mike was the person many turned to when faced with a challenging repair. It was nearly impossible to stump Mike when it came to small engines, and he particularly enjoyed working on John Deere Gators.

Outside of work, Mike was an accomplished golfer who enjoyed spending time on the course and earned multiple Club Championship titles, including four consecutive Senior Men's Championships from 2018 to 2021.

We are grateful for the years Mike spent with Green Diamond Equipment and for the knowledge, dedication, and friendship he shared with his coworkers and customers.

On behalf of everyone at Green Diamond Equipment, we extend our sincere condolences to Mike's family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. He will be remembered and missed.

Today is an important day to remember and reflect on the history and ongoing impacts of residential schools on Indigenous Peoples in Canada.
