You can never have enough different copies of The Rubáiyát of Omar Khayyám, a mediaeval poem attributed to the 11th-12th Century Persian poet-astronomer Khayyám (although the precise authorship is uncertain), but mostly known through its 19th Century English translations by Edward FitzGerald as well as the many celebrated illustrations.
