Hi friends! Just wanted to pop on here and share my thoughts as I have been neglecting my little baby, Rusty Lily, and am feeling extremely guilty about it. Business transparency is very important to me so I would like to explain why. Firstly, I am going to preface that I hope this does not come across as tacky- I am by no means looking for sympathy, just sharing what is on my heart and mind! With that being said, I have been feeling overwhelmed by life since the flooding last fall. Between working 50+ hrs a week, renovating our flooded basement and other personal obligations, I have had a hard time finding the motivation or time to invest in my small business. I started Rusty Lily as a creative outlet and of course, a secondary income because who doesn't love a side hustle 😏. Unfortunately, it has felt more taxing than rewarding in the last 6 months with everything going on and as much as I would love to make the boutique a priority, I am not willing to take that financial risk at the moment. With all of this being said, I have marked down the ENTIRE boutique (online and at Sinfully Sugar'd) quite significantly in hopes to move some inventory and free up the very limited space we currently have at home. I don’t have any plans on bringing in new inventory at this time but you never know what future will hold! If you've made it this far, THANK YOU for all of your support, I seriously appreciate you all so very much. So please enjoy this impromptu sale and happy shopping! ❤️❤️❤️
