Honoring the need to pause and pour back into myself. 🌸

Lately, life has been overwhelmingly heavy. Between navigating the grief of losing my uncle, dealing with stressful neighbor situations, and feeling the intense energy of the recent full moon, I found myself feeling completely lost and drifted.

I realized I needed to step back and invite comfort, love, and healing back into my space. I spent the evening indulging in a soft self-care bath, quiet meditation, and a dedicated moment with Aphrodite. 💗

Lighting her candle, the sweet and floral scent filled the room and immediately calmed my nervous system. It was a gentle reminder that even when things feel chaotic outside, we can always create a sanctuary of warmth and self-compassion within.

Reminder: It is always okay to slow down, protect your energy, and give yourself the love you so freely give to others.

How are you nourishing your spirit this week? 👇

Post-Mabon reset in full effect!

Now that the equinox has passed, I’m spending time filling up my spice cabinet to welcome the dark half of the year with true abundance. Stocking up on cinnamon, clove, rosemary, and cozy kitchen magic so everything is ready for the cold months ahead.

How are you resetting your space this week? 🍂

Lit a candle today for Uncle Nick, asking our ancestors to guide him home in peace. Beyond all the years of rift and history, blood is blood, and my heart holds hope for ultimate healing and unity for our family. May his soul find complete rest and light on his journey. 🕯️🕊️✨

And that’s a wrap on the Milton Fall Fair! 🍂

After an amazing, super successful weekend and endless hours on our feet, Alex and I are completely pooped! 😴

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by the booth to support us—you made it all worth it. Also a special shout-out to who also helped me on friday. Now it’s time to rest up! 🖤🕯️

Shoutout to Alex, who officially earned his 'Husband of the Year' sweater while helping me vendor at the fair last night! 🏆

For real, every small business vendor wife knows that these unpaid, dedicated husbands are the true MVPs. 🤣 Unpacking, setting up, making sales, and keeping me sane—he does it all with a smile (and apparently, some top-tier sweater game). Thanks to everyone who commented and made him feel like a true star! We’re back at it today, so come by and see if he's still in uniform!
